Russia Client A sent us an enquiry in February 2014. When we received the customer enquiry, we sent the quotation of Pocket Spring Mattress. The customer expressed dissatisfaction. No matter how we express the quality of our products, the customer is not reply. In September 2014, we insisted on following up with our customer and communicating through emails and telephones. Finally customer was  moved by our sincerity and decided to visit our factory in October.

In October 2014, we prepared everything- products and services. Welcome our customer. When the customer saw the sample of Pocket Spring Mattress, it was extremely surprising. He said: He has been gone to five factories before, but the only one of your samples is in full compliance with the needs of our market. Your market professionalism is the best.

Through face-to-face communication, we believe each other more. The customer tests the product and discusses the future direction with us. He decided the beginning of a Pocket Spring Mattress order.

From 2015 to now, A's market has opened and business has become better and better. Now there are 2 container orders every month. We also believe that to provide customers with good products and services, we can grow together with customers and go further together.
