        Step two: for the quilting, we usually quilt with fabric, foam, no-glue cotton, non-woven fabric together.

        Step three: about the bottoming, we use the material of cushion layer like parallel network, green cotton, palm ect., to work closely together with pocket spring system.

        Step four: when sewing, we could do customized size mattress according to your requirements, and the trademark, certificate and mattress handle could be sewn.

        Step five: mattress assembling is to combine the bottom bed nets and the quilting layer.

        Step six: edge surrounding, sewing the side fabric, face fabric and base fabric to shape.

        Step seven: we have quality inspection professionals, checking whether the workmanship of the mattress is smooth, whether the stitches stitched around are smooth, whether there are burrs, and whether there is excess thread...
